WORK

Independent development for small product teams.

I build small browser projects — PlayGame is one of them. Alongside that I work with small product teams, most of them two to ten people, building the parts of their products that have to work.

What I do

Build. Small applications and internal tools, end to end — from a blank page to something a team actually uses.

Fix. The piece of a product that keeps breaking, or that nobody wants to own.

Unblock. Short engagements where one specific thing needs to ship and a long project would be the wrong shape.

Who I work with

Two-to-ten-person software teams. That size has a particular shape: there is no dedicated tooling person, decisions get made quickly, and someone still has to build the thing. Usually I am that someone.

How engagements start

A short conversation about what is not working. If it looks like a fit, we scope one small piece of work first — enough to judge the collaboration by, without asking anyone to commit to something long.

Email [email protected] with a sentence or two about what you are building and what is in the way. That is enough to start.
